This was our first hike. I had forgotten the baby hiking backpack so we just had to carry Kaleb - until he struggled enough and we let him "hike" himself. Lukas complained a lot and Bob got a great photo of us at the end where the kids and I are standing together and Lukas is kneeling on the ground with his head on the muddy dirt road. He was NOT excited but at least happy to be back at the van and ready to go home.
