Big Red Barn Field Trip

The last few weeks of school Joshua was been doing the same stuff we did in "preschool" this time last year... (except I think I did it better.)  Anyway, since we always go to the Big Red Barn in Santaquin this time of year and Joshua's kindergarten class was taking a field trip there, I decided to be  "parent helper" and brought Abigail and Lukas along. None of the kids were very cooperative with photos - which I guess is fine. Joshua and Abigail spent the first part of their time in the giant sandbox and then Abigail moved over to the big slides. Lukas just whined mostly. But it was still fun for everyone else.

  1. I wasn't planning on going because we grew seven of our own pumpkins this year, but that playground looks awesome. Have they had that in previous years?

  2. No, the slide and sand box are new. They still have a maze out of apple crates, but my kids never got that far. I think it is $3 or $4 a person over 2 years old, so for me that is kind of expensive still.
