Spinatpfannekuchen (spinach pancakes)

I know, we do things a little different sometimes a.k.a.WEIRD. At least I admit it. That's the first step, right?

I used my pancake from scratch recipe but I didn't have any eggs so we had to improvise. They still turned out pretty good, I think. (most anything with enough Mrs Butterworth's syrup turns out "pretty good" though)

The headband and the backwards T-shirt in the next photo just add to the weirdness of our family. In elementary school I was taught that this was called "unique" but I'm pretty sure it's just weird.

He wont wear this shirt unless he can wear it backwards because he wants to advertise for McDonald's. He thinks McDonald's is really cool. At least he's normal in that regard, I guess, proving that normal isn't always that great.
